Our work revolves around four main tasks: appraisal, processing of materials, description of materials (in a categorised database), and retrieval of materials. A categorised database is an essential tool in an archive to produce accessible and searchable content. Once created, a database is an expandable asset that can be used by all approved employees and departments.
